Payment details and GST

  • We require pre-payment of all orders by credit card, cheque or direct credit.
  • We accept Bankcard, Mastercard or Visa.
  • If you are paying by cheque or direct credit, please contact the Sales Centre first to confirm pricing.
  • Overseas clients please make out cheques in Australian dollars.
  • Company purchase orders accepted.
  • All product pricing includes 10% Goods & Services Tax (GST).
  • GST is not applicable to orders sent to overseas customers.

Service guarantee

Geoscience Australia is committed to providing the best possible service. We intend to continually improve these standards in response to customer requirements and ongoing feedback. We make the following quality and timeliness commitments regarding our services:

  • 95% of public orders will be dispatched within three working days from receipt of order
  • 95% of orders with products that are produced as 'Print on Demand' will be dispatched within seven working days from receipt of order
  • 95% of orders placed by Retail network partners through the online ordering facility will be dispatched within two working days.

Where we become aware that we fail to meet the service standards specified above for your product, we will contact you and advise of any changes.
