The road centerlines have been generated from the topography theme using the ArcInfo 8.0.2 command CENTERLINE. Road intersections and other errors were manually edited/corrected in ArcEdit. The final version was opened, checked and attributed in ArcView 3.2 and saved as an ESRI shapefile. Roads were only extended to form obvious intersections and no missing road sections were added (for consistency and due to the age of the orthophotography). In December 2003 GA projected the data to UTM (WGS84) zone 47S using ArcView |
